Official Rules:
Tickets are $100.00 each. Maximum of 500 tickets will be sold. Each ticket entitles the participant to one chance of winning one of three prizes. First prize is $22,500 towards a 2009 Ford redeemable at Airport Ford in Florence, KY, or $22,500 towards a 2009 Harley Davidson at Harley Davidson of Cincinnati, Tennessee Avenue, then the difference will be paid in cash. Tickets may be purchased until the time of the raffle at 10:00 pm on Sunday, August 9, 2009 or until all tickets are sold. Winners will be announced at the time of the drawing. Winner need not be present to win. Eligibility: Participation is open to all persons who are legal residents of the United States and age 18 or older. Notification: If, after thirty days notification, a winner cannot or does not accept the prize, then it shall default to St. Joseph Church. Taxes: All applicable taxes and license fees on the prize are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. Promotion: By purchasing a raffle ticket, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name, photograph or likeness for advertising or promotion for this and future promotions without further compensation. Airport Ford, Harley Davidson of Cincinnati, St. Joseph Church, and anyone else associated with this promotion are not responsible for printing or production errors or lost, misdirected, or late entries. The awarding of the prizes is subject to verification and compliance with the official rules stated above. Any ticket that is defaced, mutilated, tampered with, forged, reproduced, incomplete, altered in any way, contains printing errors or was not received through legitimate channels is automatically null and void, and will not be redeemed.
